Ingredients:
100% Grass-fed/ finished leaf (suet) tallow, magnesium chloride flakes, organic extra virgin olive oil, unrefined mango butter, beeswax, distilled water, vitamin E oil, organic lavender essential oil
How to Use & Store:
- Rub a dime size onto the bottom of your feet 10-15 minutes before bed to help promote better sleep
- Rub a small amount onto your muscles & joints to help relieve muscle pain, cramps, or tension
- Massage a small amount to your temples & forehead to help relieve headaches & migraines
- Massage a small amount to your tummy to help relieve menstrual cramps

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat.
- Please note that some natural separation of magnesium appearing as water droplets is normal. You can rub it into your skin or simply stir it back into the jar.
- Some tingling or stinging may occur as your body adjusts to the absorption of magnesium. This is normal and will lessen the more you use magnesium products topically. Please do not use on open wounds or broken skin.

I have used other magnesium creams in the past and I can confidently say that 'a little joy's' magnesium tallow cream is top tier! I have the most deep sleep whenever I use this and haven't gone back to my old creams! I wake up feeling refreshed and pleasantly surprised I slept through the night. I use it on the nights I feel like I will have a hard time sleeping and apply a pea sized amount on both the bottom of my feet and even on my wrists. The consistency feels nice on the skin and also moisturizing from the tallow. Please don't stop making this! So happy I found this :)
