Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refund requests, exchanges, or returns unless it is due to our error.

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has an error, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order so we can assist you. If more than 14 days have passed since your order, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds are restricted. Our Team will always be happy to help find a specialized solution for your circumstance. Every product is made in small batches daily for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at alittlejoy.life@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
